nono... nyaku is the thin yellow slices of arrowhead that is suppsoed to be very crunchy.
nian kou is the sticky brown gooey yummy bits!
Yes!! my mummy made some this year..all very nice n crispy n not auto soggy after the 3rd day. haha. i think have to fry over small fire first then later blow the fire max when it gets yellowish a bit. but i had to eat soggy, oily nGaku for many years!! so yucky! hahaha
