First and foremost.. Happy Chinese New Year!

and I wanted to tell you a little bit about my Birthday before my Chinese New year post.

My birthday... has been counted down by yours truly in a number of ways.. First and foremost.. through this blog.. *discreet as it may be* , facebook, msn, and everyting else! Lol. How amazingly unabashed by me.

lol. I received my first present of a book by Linli.. thanks!

and then I got 2 presents. one installment present *a memory card that I cleverly destroyed* and another thing that I had. a power gyro ball. Not exactly sure how to use it but..... lol. I guess I'll learn! I however hurt my hand while playing it. *ouch*

hehe and I had dinner at Delicious..

it was delicious! very yummy!

so that was my birthday. Nothing spectacular. but its my brithday. the day Fiona was birthed on the earth for people to adore me. ^_^

A twitch in time

My arm has been twitching for the whole day... This morning it was twitching.. but I thought it would go away.

the Twitch is kinda strange as I can see it physically and i can feel it too. (internally and externally) It's not twitching now.. but it was twitching quite badly.

I read online that it could be due to stress, poor eating habits, or other factors such as lack of sleep.

I've been eating... okay.. maybe not the most balanced diet in the world.. not too sure about the stress.. and of course.. sleep. watching too much of DENNY CRANE and ALAN SHORE lately.. I've finally gotten around to watching my 2 seasons of Boston Legal. and I'm gonna buy the next 3. (i.e 3,4,5)

Well anyway about the twitch... I went online and searched for the reasons of the twitch and I came to the MOST HUMOUROUS website about twitches.

I've been experiencing muscle twitching for years. And it occurs all over my body. I can't even name a place where I haven't experience twitching before. The weirdest part was probably at the tip of my nose, I watched it move up and down... Sooo creepy. I regularly experience twitching around my calves, for a couple of hours, every single day. I also get it on my butt. Wish I could make it stop. I occasionally feel it on my cheeks, whenever I sneeze too hard.. Go figure.

twiching everywhere

I feel movement in different parts of my body also.....is it twiching? I dont know how to call it anymore.....started last year, it just to be once in a blue moon....now is everyday, a few times a day in different places, calf, arms, legs, the side of my stomach, buttocks,,,,,sometimes it feels like a wave inside of me.....:(....

I have twitching off and on as well. Sometimes it goes away for years, but recently has been a problem again, mostly below the knees.

The medical term is called fasciculations, and the docs usually call them 'benign' fasciculations', even though they're annoying as hell.

They can be due to many different deficiencies: Vitamin D is a main one, b-12 is another, essential fatty acid imbalances, and then of course the usual suspects, calcium and/or magnesium and/or both.

I think every single muscle in my body had twitched during last month..

and everyone else after that were refereed to everyone else as twitchers! one was offering his/her opinion that the twitchers were rain detectors ...

This is hilarious! I am in my thirties and have been twitching since I was about 7 or 8..... The funny thing is (and you may laugh) my mom used to say that her mom used to tell her that when your body twitches that it means it is going to rain.

I thought this guy was very sincere..

Right now after eating my muscles twitched, now I am having some aicd indigestion.
Since twitches started I take magnesium, calcium, and omega oils.

DON'T DISCOUNT FOOD ALLERGIES.

Causes for twitching

Unbalanced diet and using the computer for long periods of time are the most probable causes for twitching. Too much stress could also be an influencing factor.

i mean... who else but people who are on the website contributing to the comments.. and searching on it have in common? we eat badly.. we spend all our waking hours on the computer... and we don't exercise.. Common?? OF COURSE!

that's like modern day life.. but you don't see everyone's butts twitching! or do you?? :S

lets not talk about butt twitches.. they are GROSSS especially if its cellulitey... hehehe...

My first Encounter with a Guest Relation Officer!

At bars/places restaurants, usually there will be 'girls' pouring drinks and stuff. These girls are working at the club/bar/whereever and are not proper guest relation officers. I know there are some NON dodgy Guest Relation Officers. ( I think one of my friends was one.. but I think they had a more glamourous name to it) at one of the Big Named Club just to bring people in and mingle with the crowd.

So i guessed that this was one of the Guest Relation Officers. Okay lah! i'll use the Term Escort instead (easier to type) my first thought that these were the girlfriends of one of our friend (he has a ton of girlfriends). But when I asked the all innocent question... who are they?

I got a respond.. Guest Relation Officers.. they are here on Call.

OooOoooWAH... I was intrigued!!! so i asked more questions....

How do they get paid? by the hour? by the day? how?

It's per call. (or until midnight or at least that is what the girl kept saying.. after she was tipsy)

how much?? (I was not allowed to know) *update* they cost RM300 a night per escort

Do they do anything else besides sitting down and entertaining? (you have to ask nicely (or get them drunk enough) and they might or else it's just chatting, playing games, drinking, talking.. keeping you happy)

hmm so were they any good?

Based on their looks, I prefered the more modern Paris Hilton type looking girl (Dark Blue Escort)(she had sunglasses on her head throughout the whole night.. just to look cool nothing more than that.. either that or she came from a very hot place previously)

But most of the other people on the table aka the Other friends preferred the Traditional tien mi mi girl (Red Escort). To me, personally.. Red Escort didn't look like she could carry on an intelligent conversation. (yeah. that was proven right when I could hardly understand what she was telling me about her exes) I was just nodding in acknowledgement when she told me her life story.

Please don't ask me what it was cause I didn't understand half the words she used. I'm not sure if it was becuase she was a bit tipsy... or becuase shes using words I don't ususaly use.

but she was friendlier... at least to me .. but then again.. I didn't pay them so they had no excuse to be friendly to me!

then Friend A came in. ( all names are kept anonymous) and eyed the escorts.
Then they were introduced and then he sat with us on the other side of the table and talked to us.

I then said.. "Hey.. go and entertain the girls laahhh. they are paid to entertain you! "

then he said dowan... "he shy"

then I said.. "but we're friends with your for FREE.... so go make most of the money spent lah!"

then he said.. "LOL. i prefer Free Friends."

So there you go.. if you are lonely and need a friend.. you can rent/buy one at your convenience.... maybe you may even get lucky and be able to pick how your 'rented friend' wil look like.. or how sexy she is!

I know my free friends... I can't pick.. dammit.

What is the Emperor's Poem?

Immigration Drama

Peegee gave me a call yesterday, 05.01.09 and asked me to ask the Carwash guys if they saw her handsfree kit for her nokia phone. We guessed that it must have slipped out while they were cleaning the cars, because so far, they haven't stolen anything from anyone yet. (not that I know of and many of my friendhave washed their cars there!)

On my way back I made a mental note to drop by the Carwash place to ask them if they've seen it. (they are okay friends of mine who I talk to once in a while and chat with and talk nonsense with)

Then.. I noticed something strange. NO ONE WAS AT THE CARWASH AREA!

that was very strange as this carwash has never been closed ever! not even public holidays, thaipusan, deepavali.. etc etc.. none! never closed. and always open till 3-4 am.

So i was pretty curious.. I parked at home and I noticed (at place they was cars (1)) they were all huddled up. (you can see from the little picturegrams below.... How it was before and after)

As you can see there are USUALLY many cars and carwash guys and peopel having their cars washed everyday. (not to scale ^_^ )

Yesterday there wwere immigration vans to take away all their polishing.. etc equipments, and the reinforced GIANT immigration truck to haul their butts away. and it was pretty sad to see the carwash guys in handcuffs.. they were my friends...

I was pretty upset that night and I called my friend and asked her what to do. Should I go there and tell them who to call and see if they require help? i didn't know they were illegal immigrants then.. (it was before the big truck and I just wondered why they were huddled up in a corner.
She told me not to stick my nose into things that were not my business.
So that is what i did. I stood there and told everyone about it (terrible I know). Then my mum was like.. I'm gonna investigate! (My mum... the investigator)

So she went there.. and I have her legal aid's number to pass it to the guys.. Then she talked to the Policeman and found out that they were illegal immigrants in the country for very long. but Mobil will not be liable as they were just renting the place out (thank goodness). But once she found out they were illegal immigrants she was like.. YEAH!!!! how can they be illegal immigrants.. terriblleeee...
Then she also wanted to report my neighbours! Not that they are illegal immigrants (actually I don't really know) or anythiing... but she wanted to try!!! (clearly she doens't like them much)
Lol.

But we didn't suspect they were illegal immigrants (the carwash guys) they spoke malay and all. after all.. WHO ELSE BUT MALAYSIANS SPEAK MALAY??

everyone was pretty shocked. and now there will no longer be the carwash guys that we know. it'll be dunno WHO!?!
Sigh.. sad sad sad.

anyway.. my leg is getting better and I can walk properly now.. but i think my filling for my tooth came out. @_@

I had 'surveillance' type pictures.... but it's in my phone... and my phone has no memory card.. so I can't extract the stuff out of it... (cause i was a genius and all)

This year I planned to come to work early.
Yesterday, I stepped on some glass and thought I sucessfully pried it out
two days before i broke a glass in the store room.
This morning I got out of bed and I realised my feet hurt *alot*
so i tried to pry out more glass...
but it became more and more painful till i could't do it anymore...

so i went to the doctors to let him check it out.
Silly me.

he coudln't find anything *but it was soo painful when he did it!*
He even gave me a tetanus Jab!! *ouchie*

My arm is still bengkak from the jab.. ouchouchouch.

and I still walk like a crabby old monkey.
GAh... Bad beginning to the new year!
but I did go to the dentist.. and I did scale my teeth. ERghh... sooo horrible the sounds.

annywaayyy.... I was just thinking that MC is so horrible.. and I was like last year I didn't take one MC also and I wondered how it was like to take an MC
don't wish for things ... people be careful what you wish for!
this pain was not worth finding out waht an MC feels like. I'd rather be healthy all the time!
