Friday - Had 2 pints of beer, and a quarter sandwich and about 8 fries. (I know!!!)
weighed myself. (Wednesday's weight will be X)
on Friday before work out i was X -0.5 kgs.
As i forgot my shoes, I was barefooted on the treadmill very very brisk and a small jog. I completed 2miles. without a slow rest. (I'm so happy) everytime I felt my legs were gonna go into dead mode, I sped things up.
i must be crazy.
Then did some crunches, did some light yoga stretches. toned them evil arms of mine.
AFter a nice hot shower, and a sauna session, I was X - 1kgs.
Then it was saturday. WEDDING DAY!!! (not mine. It's Jaclyn's Wedding)
Din do much. shopped for dress, did my hair.. ate lots during the wedding, had durian, and mango lolo (pretty sure I put on like 2 kgs)
sunday wasn't much better. Din do much except fix up lights, ironed all my clothes (I was very productive) did some work, mopped the floor...those kinda housey stuff. Ate Lala chong, asam fish (omg it's so yummy! you must try it!) and fried rice. they use funny chicken pieces. Must ask them to stop using those chicken in it anymore.
Pretty sure i put on 1 kg there at least.
haven't weighed myself so I'll swing by the gym later tonight to do some Monday weigh in.
Pretty sure it's back to the same weight or more. SAD!
nemind. i'll still work hard.
