My fitness progress

I've been weighing my self everyday... since Wednesday hehe

Thursday i weighed 1.5kgs less.

Not sure how that was possible. who cares right? haha. I'm sure I'm just loosing water. once muscles replace the fat, I'll be heavier.

I've lost most of my stamina. I can hardly jog 3km. Proudly i managed to brisk walk until my legs felt like they wanted to drop off, but still continued. Surprisingly, my legs did NOT fall off. Amazing! and it feels better than ever. but my arms hurt like hell. First time I ever in my life pushed past that pain. I usually stop and smell the roses. I might consider doing that again tonight.

Thursday -
Elipticals for about 30 minutes. Not sure exactly.
Rowed for about 2-3 minutes (it seemed much longer)
arm/shoulder reps - about 80 ( I'm wondering if surgery is this painful)
stretches/ arms/ crunches - 20 minutes
brisk walking - 15 minutes (this was the point when I was sure my legs would fall off)

I still absolutely HATE squats. Is squats really worth it!?!! IS IT REALLY?! can't I just kill someone so that my legs are thin like Girls Generation and be over and done with?? argh.

Eating 10 pollen a day. an Offset my low nutrients from reduced intake of bad foods. Pollen has no fat content, high nutrient, low calorie. Not filling... but my skin looks brighter and smoother and hair is much shinier.

Intake of foods reduced. Breakfast of oats/ or low fat cereal. No more milo. Sad :(.
Lunch is Free and easy. I get to eat anything I want. Except deep fried foods. or burgers or fried chicken (which I don't eat anyway) or lots and lots of rice or fries!
Dinner - reduced. Oats/ low fat cereal, small portion of soup noodles(less) with plenty of vegetables and meat. or whatever else I can find.. Tuna is good too.

Will need to increase my stamina before going back for classes. I don't want to pengsan halfway through class. It's bad enough I look like an oversized balloon animal.

Lets see how tonight goes. I already feel terribly lazy.
