I did Bootcamp on Saturday (means I rested on Friday) as bootcamp was at 5.45. It was crazy!
the timing I mean
i was so tired after that but it was a good exercise. it wasn't as intensive as I had imagined it would be.. but it was a good type of fun.
DIRTY more than anything else... but after the exercise I felt that I could do so much more.. of course there were times when I felt like pengsanining...

I found a more eviler thing than lunges.. they are called Grunts..

they are EVIL!

but they work
I need to do more grunts... by the end of this week I'm targeting 20!
I can only currently do 4-6??

about there lah...


After that I went to the gym. and ran about for an hour or so.. at a leisurely pace. just enough to keep my heart rate up and burn them calories while I watched a very interesting show of Phobe in Wonderland. It's VERY good. I would recommend you to watch it.. but i didn't see the ending cause I had an appointment.

Anyway. I weighed myself and I was X+1.5kgs!

ARGH

I'm working so hard but I can't see any results!!! WTH is this all about!!??

I'm thinking it's alot of water (I did drink alot of water recently) but mebbe it could be water retention??

Haihzzzz...

monday I didn't go to gym. tooo depressed.

tonight I'll kick off work early and head over to the gym for a gruelling session.

Need to kick start my Grunts!!

keep up the good work with your fitness program!! I think having to blog about it makes you more aware of the calories!! keep determined! :D
